What we collect

Account information You must create an account to use the app. We collect your email and basic profile details; passwords are stored as hashed values (we never store them in plain text).

App content you add Items, containers, and related details you enter into the app. If supported, optional photos/attachments you choose to upload. This app data is stored on our servers, not only on your device.

Support messages If you contact us (e.g., support or feature requests), we collect the info you provide (name, email, message, attachments).

Payments (if applicable) If the app is purchased through an app store or a payment processor, payment details are handled by that provider. We receive limited information like transaction status/IDs—not full card numbers.

Technical data (website & service) Basic logs and privacy-friendly analytics to keep the service reliable and secure (e.g., IP address, device/browser info, timestamps, error diagnostics). We do not run third-party ad trackers.

How we use data

• Provide and operate the app and your account (sync, backups, reliability). • Respond to support requests and improve features. • Monitor performance, prevent abuse/fraud, and maintain security. • Comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We don’t sell your data. We use reputable service providers (e.g., hosting, infrastructure, error monitoring, email delivery, payments) that process data on our behalf under contract. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users, the service, or our rights.

Storage & international transfers

Data is stored on servers operated by us or our providers and may be processed in other regions. We use safeguards (contractual and technical) appropriate to the transfer.

Retention

• Account & app content: kept while your account is active. If you delete your account or specific content, we remove it from production systems; routine backups may persist for a limited period (e.g., ~30 days) before rolling off. • Support emails: kept as long as needed to address your request and for service quality. • Logs/diagnostics: kept for a short period (e.g., 30–90 days) unless needed to investigate security or abuse.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and sensible access controls. No method is 100% secure—please use a strong password and protect your devices.

Your choices & rights

• Access, update, delete: You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or delete your account/data. • Support data: Email admin@appboillc.com to request deletion of messages you sent us. • Communications: You can opt out of non-essential emails; service and legal notices may still be required.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We’ll post updates here and adjust the “Last updated” date when our practices change.
